Is there on-site parking? What is the cost? 

Harper has two levels of indoor parking. Each level is tempered-controlled, controlled-access, and assigned. Some parking stalls also come with complimentary bicycle racks. Parking pricing is $125 per month for one stall, or tandem parking options for $200 per month, based on availability. Harper currently has a maximum of one parking stall per apartment home. Additionally, select stalls have wall mounted storage cages for an additional $30 per month. Harper also has two complimentary guest parking stalls available first-come-first-serve located outside near the community, if your guests are in need of a longer-term parking option, contact the leasing office for details. 

I love to Bike! Does Harper have bicycle storage options? 

Harper has two bicycle storage options: If you rent a vehicle parking stall, some stalls come included with a complimentary wall mounted bicycle rack. If you do not rent a vehicle parking stall but would like a bicycle storage option, we also offer a secure, indoor, tempered-controlled storage room including a tire pump, fix it station and hand washing station which is rented for $10 per month, per space based on availability.  

What are the application charges when I am ready to apply? 

Harper's application process is done entirely online! To apply, you will need to submit a payment for the security deposit which is refundable at move-out of $250. Each adult applicant also will need to pay for an application fee, which is $50 per applicant. Last, there is a one-time administrative fee of $300 that is due at the time of application. 

What is included with the monthly rent? 

The monthly rent includes access to the apartment home, and access to the building amenity spaces. Additional monthly fees may include parking, pet fees, utilities, etc. Contact the leasing office for more details! 

Are pets welcome? What are the charges? 

Harper is both cat and dog friendly! For convenience, Harper has a 40 foot outdoor fenced off-leash Fox Trot Dog Run, along with an indoor pet wash spa. Each pet will need to be spayed or neutered, and have up-to-date vaccination records on file on or before move-in. There is a two pet maximum per household, and a total combined weight limit of 120 pounds or less. Monthly pet charges are $40 per month for one pet, or $60 per month for two pets. A one-time pet fee of $250 is due at the time of move-in or whenever you decide to bring a new pet home. Harper allows pets of all ages, puppies and kitties are welcome. Harper has some dog breed restrictions, please contact the management office for more details. 

What are my choices for internet and cable at Harper? 

Harper is setup for three options of providers; you may use CenturyLink, Xfinity by Comcast, or Arvig. Internet pricing varies based on which provider and the details of the plan you choose. If you would like to set up cable television or home phone service, Comcast by Xfinity would be the provider that provides a bundled service offering.
